Stayed at a resort, amazing beach, great food, and friendly staff. Cons: Had the pleasure of witnessing the staff's New Year's celebration, complete with drunken antics. Such a delightful surprise!

I chose this hotel for attending a forum and I was not disappointed. The young team at the hotel worked towards providing a comfortable and efficient stay. The facilities, such as the pool and the beach, were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant experience.

The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and strong internet connection. It would have been helpful to have a more stable and faster Wi-Fi service available throughout the hotel premises.

I always choose this place for my stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, pool, spa. The staff also helped me return my forgotten belongings. Coming back for Christmas!

Kasun from the beach restaurant provided excellent service. The team was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The food was top-notch, and the reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spending New Year's Eve at the resort was the highlight of my trip. The boss even invited us for drinks and was respectful and friendly. If I ever return to Tangalle, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The older beach bungalows offered the perfect view of crashing waves and wildlife, while the new pool view rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was clean and had massage jets, and kayaks were available for exploring the lagoon. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelets, and although the dinner menu was limited, we found enjoyable dishes. The overall peacefulness and tranquility of the place, along with the stunning balconies and proximity to the beach and lagoon made it a truly special experience. Room 53 even had two balconies. All in all, this beach resort is a true hidden gem that shouldn't be missed.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's restaurant, which turned out to be the best in town. The management ensured the highest quality in service, and the comfortable environment left me with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes, although they were mostly heavy on seafood.

The general areas, such as the lobby and restaurant, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my safety.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. Although they were polite, I felt that the children working there lacked the experience and knowledge to cater to the needs of older guests.

The breakfast buffet was good, and chef Dimuthu was friendly and cheerful while chatting with the guests, making the atmosphere fun. The room was well-kept, but the bathroom might need an upgrade.
